Over the years that I have been working with energy I have come to understand the importance of working intuitively,and trusting what I am being guided to do, so that I allow the healing and energies to be expansive and so heal on many levels.
Many healers follow the exact way they were taught when working with energy which creates limitations. This is why I have moved away from reiki, as to me it limits the potential healing that can take place. I feel that it is a very prescriptive form of healing. Equally I have come across crystal healers who work in a very prescriptive way too but when they let go and work intuitively the level of healing that they are able to achieve with their crystals is hugely different.
When you work intuitively and are working from a place of love you are connecting with your Soul, Source and any beings of pure love that wish to assist, who will all then guide you with the healing. Trusting the information that comes to you as you are working is key, as you may need to not only work with energy, but crystals, essences and colour as well.
When working intuitively you allow your hands to be guided to where they need to be on the person’s body or in their aura, rather than using any specific hand positions, thus you are taking the ritual out of the healing. Also the amount of time you spend in each place within the energy system may vary and indeed you may need to just focus on one area.
As a teacher I guide my students to listen to their intuition when they are healing rather than following ritual, and routine. This allows them to become expansive beings as well.
I recently looked up the latin root of the word Educate. Interestingly there are two roots to it Educare and Educere. Educare means to give knowledge and mould in the way that you want the person to be, where as Educere means to guide forward. For me it is important to guide my students forward in a supportive way so that they can learn to listen to their intuition and so grow as healers. Everyone has all the knowledge that they need within them so what is important is to learnt to tap into that knowledge. When you open you heart and listen to your heart, Soul and Source you will be able to discern what is truth much more easily and so know exactly what to do. When you learn to go within for the answers you find that the information that you require flows to you.
As a teacher guiding my students forward, I am empowering them to be able to find the answers to their questions themselves. It is my belief that giving everything to a person ‘on a plate’ is in fact taking their power away from them and so limiting their ability to become a true healer.
I can easily see which students are more technicians than true healers and as one of them said to me ‘there is no soul in a technician way of working’. I thought this was a good way of putting it as if you do everything in the way you have always done it, you are repeating old patterns and assuming that the same healing is required for each person. This is why self-healing is so important as it will help you to let go of the old patterns and programmes that are stopping you from progressing on your healing journey.
As you let go of what is limiting you, and connect with your soul through your heart, you can expand and grow as a healer. As you heal yourself, your heart will open, empowering you to work on a much higher level as a healer when you are heart led.
Your heart centre ( not heart chakra) is the true connection to your Soul and Source and therefore your connection with truth. The more that you ensure you heal yourself and receive healing with the energies of divine love, then the more heart led you will become. True healers are heart led, working with the energies of divine love with compassion and always for the highest good. They are expansive beings who work solely with their intuition trusting the information that they are receiving and allowing themselves to be guided so that the potential of the healing taking place can be as expansive as possible, thus allowing the person receiving the healing to truly grow and lift their vibration too.
One of the most important things about Cosmic Heart Energy Healing is that it teaches you about working from the heart with the energies of love. There are no hand positions, symbols or rituals. You learn to work intuitively as your heart is opened during the energy decompression at each level. It empowers you to be an intuitive healer guided by your Soul, Source and the beings of pure love who are ready and able to connect with you and assist you, for the only thing that is real is love and the only thing that heals is love.
