I am very blessed to have three Unicorns that work with me when I am healing. I was teaching Cosmic Heart Energy Healing (CHEH) yesterday and we were working with the Unicorn Realm who start working with you at level two of CHEH ( of course Unicorns can work with you at any point but we were connecting with ones who specifically want to work with us when channelling CHEH). We were meditating to enable my students to connect with their healing Unicorn when mine came in to connect with me and I was given this message by them whilst in meditation.;
“When working from the heart there needs to be a flow of energy to and from the heart centre. When you work from the heart you must allow love to come both to you from yourself and from the universe.
When you ask for your heart chakra to be balanced it is so that you have a flow of energies in both directions, for the heart cannot function to its full capacity if there is only love flowing out from you.
Each and everyone of you is a beautiful being who has the potential to love unconditionally all of the time, but you must remember that you too are worthy of love.
‘As you give so shall you receive’ so the more love that you put out, the more that will come back to you. When your heart is open and balanced then there is a constant flow of love, an eternal flow of love going to and from you. In this state you are then truly able to understand the meaning of oneness, for when you are at one with yourself, then you are able to be at one with the universe, the Earth and everyone around you.
When you experience a negative emotion remember that it is telling you that you are at dis-ease with yourself, or something or someone. Step away and ask yourself; ‘What do I need to do to take me back to a place of unconditional love and oneness? What do I need to release, who do I need to forgive, for me to step back into that place of pure divine love and compassion?’
Do whatever it takes to move back into your heart, your sacred heart, for it is there that you will experience peace and the divine joy of being at one with yourself and all that is. It is there that you will realise that what is important is being in the moment. Pure love, divine love is unconditional and eternal and is the only thing that is real.
CHEH teaches you to work from the heart with love all of the time and this message also reminds us the importance of giving love but also of allowing ourselves to receive love as well. I was asked about CHEH at an exhibition recently and when I said that it teaches you to work from the heart all the time the lady who had asked the question said to me well isn’t that what we are all supposed to do anyway? Yes it is but sadly there are a lot of people out there who let ego get in the way and affect what they are doing. Ego is there to help us to survive in the physical world but we are essentially spiritual beings having a man existence and so we are here to work from the heart in everything we do. When you work from the heart you listen to your soul and are guided intuitively. You step into the flow of your life and everything drops into place instead of having a constant battle upstream.
CHEH connects you with the Cosmic Heart and the Heart of Mother Earth so you are channelling a combination of Earth and Universal energies which form a figure of 8 through your heart centre as the energies come in before moving to your hands. The figure of 8 reminds us that love is eternal with no beginning and no end when it is unconditional. Loving unconditionally does not mean condoning bad things or people it means accepting each event and person as it/they are for what they are and being willing to show compassion and forgiveness so that you let go of any toxic energy ( usually in the form of thought or behaviour patterns) that no longer serve you. Our mission in life is to be the best human being that we can possibly be and to do that we need to learn to love unconditionally.
