The planetary energies feel intense in the lead up to Christmas and the end of this year. We all seem to be being pushed to heal on deeper and deeper levels and things we think we have healed are being brought to our attention again for further clearing. We need to listen to what the universe is showing us and address the issues. I feel that the energies are going to continue to intensify and push us as we move into 2020, but the further we move into next year the more clarity we will gain as more and more people start to open their hearts and move into a more heart centred way of being.
The chaos in the world at the moment is indicative of the planetary healing that is taking place and people need to realise that the only way that we will all find love, peace and happiness in this world is to go within, heal and find it within ourselves first.
Christmas cards all have messages of love, peace and joy on them but all too often people don’t find that. Christmas has become a stressful time where children expect expensive gifts, parents worry about how they are going to pay for everything. Many families end up with arguments and upsets going on as they are all put under the additional stresses. There are also many people who are lonely at Christmas and have no one to share it with.
It was interesting recently as my six year old granddaughter was telling her mum all the things she wanted for Christmas, all of which were very expensive. My daughter, Alice, turned round to her and told her to look up the meaning of Christmas on their tablet. As my granddaughter can now read pretty well she did as her mum asked her and realised that Christmas is not all about presents! In fact what children and indeed adults need is ‘presence’, from their loved ones so that they see what is important in life and so that each and every member of the family feels loved and appreciated.
One of the things that I remember us doing as a family, when I was growing up, was to play board games. I wasn’t as into it as my father and my brothers but I did enjoy the quality time that we spent playing some of these games around Christmas time and when we were away on holiday and I like to do this sometimes with my children and grandchildren now.
What I also remember at Christmas was that we had to wait until dad had done his Christmas services at the church, lunch had been eaten, the washing up done and the queens speech was over before we were allowed any of our Christmas presents. At the time we used to think we were hard done by being made to wait but I can see now that what my parents were doing was making sure that there was presence as well as presents!
As we move into 2020 we are going to be pushed to heal our relationships with others and to bring these relationships into a more authentic state. This isn’t just with partners but with siblings and parents and extended family too.
I am aware already of people going into ‘meltdown’ because they haven’t listened to the universe or themselves and so haven’t addressed the issues that need to be addressed. Their issues then become so big that they feel insurmountable. This in turn creates stress not only for them but often for family members as well.
What most people don’t realise is that we repeat the same mistakes life time after life time creating fixed patterns and programmes in our energy that continues to draw the same issues in until we stop look at them and heal them on a deep level. What we see in the physical world around us is only the tip of the iceberg when you look at things energetically as I do. It is only when we are prepared to accept that those around us are reflecting issues back to us that we need to address and then go inwards to discover where the issue has originated from that we can really start to change things on a more permanent level.
Change has to start with ourselves. We cant rescue anyone else or change them, we can only heal ourselves, but by healing ourselves, it creates a ripple effect on all those around us that we interact with whether they are family, friends or colleagues.
When we take the time to stop and look we often find that there are a lot of learned behaviours that have come down the family lines that no longer serve us but that we continue to do because thats what mum or dad did and what their parents did etc.
There is so much that we can learn about ourselves when we take the time to look at what those around us are reflecting back to us and then address the issues rather than pushing the blame onto others.
From the work that I have been doing particularly over the last 4 or 5 years, I am a firm believer that we need to delve deeper than the current life and go back into the distant past to heal the root cause of an issue so that we change the energy completely. When we do this we no longer magnetise the same issues or same type of toxic people into our lives and we heal the relationships we have with those close to us whom we love.
So remember, as you enjoy your Christmas time with your families this year, that Christmas is as much about presence as it is about presents. It is time to enjoy each others company, to be loving towards each other and kind and to have fun together and if you are feeling stressed out by it all then stop, take a deep breath and ask yourself why you are feeling stressed out. Is it because you are trying to do too much yourself and haven’t delegated to other family members? Or is it because you felt obliged to invite Uncle George who sits in the corner moaning all day and you just dont want to hear it? Whatever the reason know that it is ok to take a few minutes out for yourself so that you can centre yourself, reconnect with your soul and the love within so that you can then ensure your day is a happy joyful one filled with love as well as ensuring everyone else’s is.
