There continue to be intense energy shifts pushing people to identify and address their issues so that they can heal their relationship with themself. These energy shifts will continue to increase in intensity as we approach the Spring equinox and then the summer solstice as star gates open to bring in even more energies of pure love and pure light to lift the vibration of Earth and all of us.
The chaos that the planet is currently in is an outside manifestation of the emotional turmoil that people have been holding onto for many many lifetimes. We are being pushed to heal our relationship with ourself because it is our primary relationship and as we heal this relationship we will once again remember that we are spiritual beings having a human experience and that we are also sovereign beings with the ability to empower ourselves to make our own decisions and choices and to love ourselves unconditionally.
If you are in your head rather than your heart you may not understand that the chaos we are witnessing is the facade of the old way of being currently being dismantled, so that we can move forward on our own journey’s as individuals and as a collective. We are currently transitioning from a world filled with fear to a world filled with love and whilst it feels uncomfortable it is all part of the greater plan to help people to understand who they truly are and what is important.
People have been programmed to look outside of themselves for the answers not realising that those around them are mirroring the issues that they need to address for themselves. It is easier to point the finger of blame then go deep within to heal. The last year has created many challenges and frustrations for everyone as well as bringing many issues to the forefront that have previously been pushed away and ignored, but that need to be addressed and healed.
Taking responsibility for your own issues is an important first step as you need to acknowledge the things that need to be addressed in order to be able to heal them. Forgiveness is an important part of healing and I often find forgiveness buried deep in people’s energy covered by layers of unforgiveness where people have been unable or unprepared to forgive themselves and/or someone else who has caused them pain or upset. Releasing those energies of unforgiveness and forgiveness can be life changing, as once gone, perspective is shifted and insight and understanding as to why a relationship or situation is as it is, can be gained, so providing an understanding of how to move forward.
Forgiveness allows you to let go of all the low vibration energies that are keeping you in a place of anger, resentment and unforgiveness. Often there is misunderstanding about forgiveness as people fail to understand that forgiveness is about letting go of all the toxic energy connecting you to a person or situation that has upset or hurt you and is colouring your judgement of the other person, their behaviour or the situation that you are experiencing. Forgiveness is not about condoning what happened or what was said, but is about freeing yourself from all those low vibrational energies that create fear within you and stop you from moving into your heart. When you are able to move into your heart and look at a person or situation with love and compassion it is much easier to see things from a higher perspective and so understand your part in what happened and what it is that needs to change for you to grow and move forward. This then allows you to take responsibility for your part in the situation and to respond to the person/situation rather than react to it.
One of the ways that I’ve used with clients to help them move out of a negative mindset is to ask them to keep a gratitude notebook and to write down 10 things each day to be grateful for.
Many people are unaware that they are like a magnet and that their thoughts and words as well as their feelings manifest the experiences that they have. If we are very negative then the universe will continue to send negative experiences to us, but when we start to shift into a more positive mindset the universe will send us more positive experiences. A gratitude notebook is a way of consciously being more mindful about the positive experiences that we have in our lives and a reminder of how important it is to be grateful. It is as important to notice and be grateful for the little things such as a beautiful flower or a kind word or gesture, or happy child, as it is for having food warmth and shelter.
Having a gratitude notebook to help you consciously be aware of the positive things within your life is a way of moving you out of poverty consciousness. Poverty consciousness is a fear of lack; not just a lack of money, but a fear of a lack of anything that will make you happy and a fear of a lack of love.
As we transition into the heart lead way of being, it is important to heal poverty consciousness as if we do not love ourselves it is difficult to connect with our heart and Soul so that we can move into the flow of our lives and do what really makes our hearts sing. Being grateful for every experience that helps us to heal and reconnect with ourselves and our soul is also important as it will help us to continue to heal and once again make a loving connection with our true selves.
As we move forward we need to start to identify what will make us feel happy, loved and fulfilled within our lives and focus on these things so that we can manifest them into our lives. Thanking the universe for all the things that we want to manifest and behaving as if they have already happened will help us to magnetise them much more quickly, because we are what we think and feel!
