Past Life Regression may be used for people who are curious as to whether there is something more than this current life that we are in but I am finding now that I am drawing more and more people in who want Past Life Regression to help them to heal their current life. Past Life Regression can change your life significantly if it is combined with healing techniques within the regression and with energy healing. Here is a case study of a Past Life Regression (PLR) that I have done this week. The lady has kindly agreed for me to share it with you so you can understand how PLR can help. Names have been changed for obvious reasons.

I am going to call this lady Mary. She is in her late 30’s, and told me that she recently acknowledged that she had a food addiction. Mary recognised that she didn’t love herself and that even as a child she used to reach for food to comfort herself. She told me that she binges on food at different times and then hides the evidence. Mary also said that whilst she would share her food with her children, she generally wouldn’t normally want to share any food that she had which she knew deep inside was wrong. She told me that she had recently gone up two dress sizes and that her perception of how others see her is that she is fat, which when I am looking at her she certainly isn’t! Mary feels that there is a lot of pressure on her to lose weight especially as she will soon be getting married.

When I regressed Mary she went back to the year 1858. She saw that she had ripped and worn sandals on her feet and her clothes were ripped and torn. She looked dirty even though she was darker skinned and her hair was unkempt an the fringe wasn’t even. She felt she was about age 9 or 10 and possibly Spanish origin although she wasn’t sure which country she was in.

She was standing on gravel and had a hole in her sandal so she could feel the hardness of the gravel under her foot. She had a cough and felt she was unwell. She told me that her parents had died and she and her little 4 year old brother had been orphaned. ‘Ive got to take care of my little brother he’s only four. I give him all my food as we don’t have enough food to live on.’ She went onto explain that the crumbs she had found were enough for him but not her as well and that they were drinking dirty water as there was no clean water for them.

There were other people around them and she told me that the people were too rich to help them and were turning their noses up at them because they were dirty. She then told me that the maids sometimes gave them the scraps that were left whilst others told them to clear off because they were seen as a nuisance.

When she looked closely at her brother she recognised him as her nephew in her current life.
She then went on to say ‘My belly is rumbling I’m so hungry, even the pigeons are trying to eat the scraps on the floor before us.’

‘Theres a lady calling my brother but not me. She’s wearing a big rounded hat. She’s a rich lady. She wants to take him but not me. She loves him a lot and if I let her take him she’ll look after him.”

When I asked her if she recognised the lady wanting her brother she confirmed that she is her step-mum in her current life.

She told me that the lady was very rich and only wanted a son not a daughter. She then went on to tell me that the woman gave her some money in return for her brother but Mary said that she put the money into a piece of bread and gave it back to her brother for him to take with him. She watched the lady take him away knowing he would be safe.

She then became aware that she was on a boat. “Ive smuggled myself onto the boat. I’ve hidden behind people to get on it. It’s going to France” She went on to tell me that she was hiding in a compartment which she had squeezed into and that there wasn’t much room to breathe. She then told me that she felt very hot and that she could here the sounds of the pipes in the boat. She carried on telling me that she was very tired and just wanted to sleep and then she said ” I know that I’m quite deep down in this place, theres an opening. Someone would have to get me. The smell isn’t nice, I’m being poisoned. I just wanna sleep”

She then told me that she was looking down at her body and that she knew her body had given up. As Mary continued I realised that she was giving me a life review!

She told me that she was all alone, nobody was there with her. She knew that she had been kicked and punched when she was young and that people hadn’t treated her nicely.  “I was a slave. I had to clean all the floors. Rich people liked me to work but not be seen. Rich people didn’t care about my food they would just kick me out.  There’s a lady with brown curly hair. She’s wearing a flowery dress, she’s mean and saying ‘ Get out peasant'”
She didn’t recognise this lady in her current life. “She picked me up off the streets and promised me food for my brother if I worked for her. ”

She then told me that she had a satchel that she kept the food scraps in but the food would go mouldy. She even stole wine from the cellar so that they had something to drink. She would then find somewhere to sleep until she was found and kicked out.

She continued to tell me that the mean lady didn’t know any better as her own mother had been like that. She was very prim and proper and didn’t  love the man she was with. She said that the lady had had to do what she was meant to do.

She then told me that she felt she may have septicaemia and that her feet were rotten. She continued ” I’m seeing myself walking down the street and I can see a market where I’m stealing an apple. I’m by myself. I can smell so much food that I’d like to eat. They’re educating my brother and he’s getting schooling. I’m not good enough. I don’t look good enough. Ive got maggots in my hair and a skin condition on the top of my head. ”

She then told me she could see herself hiding underneath a rock to keep warm as it was so cold and she noticed that her cough was getting worse.

As she continued she told me that there was a girl there trying to help her. ‘She’s telling me about the boat. She planned it all. She didn’t have time to come and check on me. She doesn’t want to tell her husband that she’s trying to help me get out of town.  She can’t have children so feels she has to help me. She’s very loving and kind. She’s promised me some food but later in the evening- too late. I’m already gone. She feels bad. I’m standing beside her in spirit. She’s saying she’s sorry she couldn’t get me the love and care I deserved.

Mary didn’t recognise this lady during the regression. However she messaged me later and told me it was someone she knew in her current life whom she had held at arms length.

At this point I felt it was time to take Mary out of the regression and do the healing that was needed to clear the life.

I use a variety of techniques to help people to clear issues and people in past lives. I like them to ask the person to be with them whilst doing the healing as on a soul level the person will understand what has happened and what needs healing even if they are currently on the Earth plane. I like the client to talk to the person who hurt, upset,, killed them first of all as it gives them a chance to say everything that they need to say ad ask any questions. This is done in the regression state and doesn’t need to be voiced. I will ask them to tell me what the replies are as this then helps me to know what else needs to be healed. Being able to say what the client needs to say to the other person can be very cathartic.

The next stage is forgiveness and this is very important. Forgiveness is not about condoning what happened or what has been said , its about letting go of all the toxic energy that has arisen as a result of what has happened so that you free yourself and the other person involved. Forgiving yourself is equally important as we often subconsciously blame ourselves for allowing things to happen.

Then I like to retrieve any energy that has been taken away from the client and will help them to ask the other person to return it and then draw it into their energy system once it has been transmuted from negative to positive energy by the angels. ( I always work with the angels when doing healing work) .

Next if their are any soul fragments to retrieve we will retrieve them. We fragment pieces of soul when we have traumatic experiences and retrieving them can help the healing process as it helps to make your soul whole again.

Then I will ask the angels to dissolve all vows and contracts that have been made. We make vows and contracts in ceremonious situations such as weddings and baptisms but we also make them without realising by things we think or say and may not even realise that we have done that.  It is so important to be mindful of what you think and say!

Then the negative cords will be cut between the two people ( or more) and or the situation/life. We put out cords of energy between ourselves and everyone that we meet. These cords may be positive so ones of love or negative. Negative cords don’t serve us and can affect the way that we react to people and situations and if we have an argument  with someone we will literally be putting daggers of negative energy into them and draining energy out of them to make ourselves feel better. These negative cords do not serve us so I either get the client to visualise cutting them or ask the angels to assist with this.

Sometimes I also go on and do inner child work as if there has been something traumatic happen when a child our inner child will be frightened and will have put protective mechanisms in place causing us to react in certain ways.

With this client I asked her to firstly speak to the lady who had tried to help her and tell her that it wasn’t her fault. Mary identified a black ( negative ) cord between them so I asked the angels to clear it for her.

Next we worked with the lady who was mean.  She told Mary that because she was a pauper and she was rich it wouldn’t have been right to treat her any differently. She had told her staff they would be sacked if they fed her. She said she was sorry but Mary felt it wasn’t genuine. the woman then told her that that was how it was in the 1850’s and that she is alright now so why was she worrying about it. She told her to let it go , be more like her and not take it to heart. ( This soul if she has reincarnated probably has a lot of issues going on).  as Mary sent this lady forgiveness she told me that she felt like this lady had lost a child and it had made her very angry. She then told me that in a weird way she had liked Mary but saw her as a trophy. When we cleared the vows and contracts Mary returned the  jewellery she had stolen from her and the lady gave Mary back her heart.

There were some big cords that had to be cut by the angels and then Mary told me that Archangel Raphael was there placing emerald green light around each of them separately to help heal them. She also said that she could see cherubs around her bringing her love and that she was changing into a beautiful princess with long flowing golden hair. She told me that the cherubs were showing her the beauty within.

The ‘mean ‘ lady had turned into an older lady and was telling Mary that even when she was old she would occasionally wonder what had happened to her.

We then worked with her brother. He was all grown up and comforting her saying that she had done the  best she could to take care of him and that she must forgive herself ( which we took a moment to do). He told her that she was a good sister but that now it is time for her to take better care of herself. He told her that this is why she over compensates with food. He told her that in her current life food is plentiful and she must make good choices. There was one cord to cut which the angels did for her and then her brother showed himself as an old man with a walking stick, beard, grey hair, finding it hard to walk around. He had a happy life with children and grandchildren and a beautiful wife that Mary would have liked but died of lung cancer.  (I feel he died of lung cancer because he was unable to express the loss and grief that he felt when he was taken away from his sister, loss and grief are often stored in the lung area and it would have ‘eaten away’ at him as he wouldn’t have known or been able to find out what happened to her).

I then took Mary back into the life as her current day self to retrieve her two pieces of soul fragment. There was one from when her brother was taken away from her and one to retrieve from when she died. She collected them and then I brought her back completely out of the regressed state.

Mary told me she felt very drained which wasn’t surprising as this was a very big healing and a lot of energy shifts are and will continue to be taking place. She has agreed to continue to come and see me for some energy healing so that we can help the process of healing all of this and clearing all the energies  of this life out of her energy system.

I have warned her that her eating habits aren’t going to change over night but that she should see a gradual change over the coming weeks.

I will write and update you on what happens with her at a later date as I feel sure that her eating habits will change.
