The last few months have been intense energetically and the high vibrational beings of pure love and pure light that I connect with have explained that it will continue to be intense energetically, perhaps at times feeling like a roller coaster, as we move further into this year.
We moved into the 5th dimension physically around October last year and this dimension is where the energies support us being heart-led and heart-centred, so making sure that we listen to our heart and work from a place of love with everything we do and say. We also need to learn to listen with our hearts so that we can discern what is truth and what isn’t and learn to absorb information through our hearts so we can easily access it when we need to.
We then moved through the 6th and 7th dimension and then into the 8th dimension consciously at the beginning of January. The energies now support us being heart and soul-led and are encouraging us to now align ourselves with our true purpose and our true values so that we step into the flow of our lives. When we are soul-led we are listening to our soul and allowing it to take the lead and guide us forward, as our soul knows what we have agreed to achieve and learn during our earthly incarnation. As we have ascended, the veil between the two worlds has thinned, and everyone is starting to become more intuitive as they become more in touch with their soul.
Now that we are in the 8th dimension consciously, it is important for us to realign ourselves with our true values and purpose, not just as individuals but as a collective as well. It is important for everyone on the planet to come to understand that we need to be in a state of unity and love so that we can co-create what we want as a collective on the planet. To successfully manifest what we desire, whether thats individually or as a collective, we need to manifest it from a place of love, for the highest good of all.
It has been brought to my attention, by the high vibration beings of pure love and pure light that I work with, that many people have absenced themselves from their lives. When we absence ourselves from our life we step out of our life metaphorically speaking, because we don’t know where to go, what to do, or how to tackle the issues. It is important to take responsibility for our situation and our life and to then consider the issues that are being brought to our attention and work through them, prioritising what needs to be dealt with first and then dealing with each thing step by step.
If we don’t deal with issues as they arise we can find ourselves feeling overwhelmed and so continuing to ignore things rather than taking responsibility and dealing with them. We are all creators of our own lives and so we need to address our issues so that we can move forward. When we are in a state of flow, we experience serendipity and synchronicity. Often it is not the issues that need to be dealt with that cause the problem, but the need for change and of moving out of our comfort zone. Change is inevitable and happens every day of our life, all be it in small ways, however many people have a fear of change and see it as a big upheaval, rather than an opportunity for learning and growth and so of moving forward.
Now that we have moved into the 8th dimension the energies are pushing us to take responsibility and address our issues rather than ignore them and will keep pushing us until we do!
So what can we do to get back into flow? It’s important to go inward and to connect with ourselves to gain insight and understanding. We might choose to do this through meditation, or perhaps by being out in nature or through yoga practise or some other way of bringing ourselves into the moment, where we can be still and listen. We also need to accept responsibility for our situation and for our own life, remembering that we are the creators of our lives. We need to ensure that we step away from other’s dramas so that we aren’t getting drawn into things that aren’t our issues as they can distract us from what we need to be doing.
We then need to look at the issues being presented to us and break them down into manageable steps, so that we create easily achievable objectives and then take action. Looking at what our true values are will help to give us an understanding of what is important to us and then we can create affirmations (positive statements) to use everyday to help change thought processes and belief patterns and move us into a more positive way of thinking. We might want to use a vision board or perhaps a plan of what we need to do and where we want to be to help us to look at the bigger picture. This way we are clearly telling the universe what we want to achieve, so that it can help us to manifest what our soul desires.
When things feel a bit overwhelming and we assess what our priorities are and break them down into steps that are manageable, suddenly things dont seem so difficult anymore! We are being pushed to address our issues and step back into the flow of our lives so that we can all achieve our potential as the beautiful spiritual beings that we are whilst having a human experience.
