Lifting Limitations So That We Reach Our Full Spiritual And Healing Potential
One of the things that I have been reminded of recently is how we as humans like to label everything. From an illness/disease to a personality type. In fact anything you can think of seems to need a label, for humans to be able to have some sort of understanding.
I’ve even recently seen psychic ability labelled at different levels ( I’m not sure how this can be measured though).  Everything seems to have to have a label and yet what we are doing when we label people and or situations, is limit them and infer that each situation, or person that is being labelled, is experiencing the exact same situation or symptoms as someone else. Yet each situation that anyone experiences is individual as is any disease or illness. What do I mean by this? Well the reason, the root cause for the situation or disease/illness will be different in every case and may stem from their current life or from lives in the distant past. Whatever the root cause, labels put limitations on, and thus can affect the healing that takes place.

When we learn to accept things as they are, instead of trying to label them, we allow ourselves to be open to dealing with them in many alternative ways. When we deal with the things in the same way we always have, then  we will  always get the same result, but when we are open to thinking outside of the box, we start to release the limitations that have been put on a person, ourselves or a situation.
As humans we are also very good at  putting expectations on others too. We know how we would deal with a situation or circumstance and when others don’t meet those expectations we can be very quick to judge, yet we are all on our own path with our own lessons to learn. Each of us has our own personal expectations and limitations that we have placed on ourselves and can project onto others, if we are not careful.
Often when people don’t meet our own personal expectations then excuses are made for their behaviour. I have experienced this recently with a member of my family. What I have been reminded is that I cannot project my expectations onto others, all I can do is try and look at the situation from a place of love and compassion, understanding that we are all at different points on our path and therefore have different knowledge and understanding of any given situation and therefore respond in different ways to any given situation.
Indeed our responses will also depend on our previous experiences, not only in our current life but in our numerous previous lives as well. When we experience difficult, traumatic or frightening situations we put protective mechanisms in place, however these protection mechanisms can limit us and if we don’t learn the lesson straight away then the universe will keep bringing it to us until we do learn it. The only problem is that if we have allowed a pattern of behaviour or thoughts to become embedded in our energy system, then we will continue to deal with any given situation in exactly the same way each time and so we get stuck in a cycle of experiencing similar situations until we change the way that we deal with them.
It is my understanding that each time the universe presents us with a lesson that needs to be learnt, the lesson will be the same but the way it is presented will be slightly different, unfortunately though humans seem to react in the same way each time, assuming that they are dealing with the same situation again when actually there will be minor differences. We may each experience similar circumstances to learn certain lessons but we can actually never say that we know how someone else feels because in fact we cannot possibly know how anyone else feels about anything as we are not them and we are not in their body. You can empathise but not sympathise.
Learning to take the limitations away and allow ourselves to connect with the wisdom within so that we can ’think outside the box’ will in fact help us to move forward in a far more productive way, ensuring that we learn our spiritual lessons, thus lifting our vibration and moving us towards full enlightenment.
When we are understand that we are a spiritual being having a human experience rather than seeing ourselves as humans having a spiritual experience, we are able to lift away the limitations that we place on ourselves. It is because we are limitless spiritual beings that we can indeed manifest the life we were always intended to lead.
When we recognise that we are first and foremost spiritual beings we realise that we do not need to look for the answers to our questions and issues outside of ourselves nor do we need to ask others, we just need to go within and connect with ourselves and the divine part of us that we can find within our sacred heart. When we recognise that we are first and foremost spiritual beings we start to understand that only love is real and that love heals and that when we open our hearts and work from a place of love and compassion all of the time we work from a place without limitation and without labels.
We all have the ability to completely heal ourselves so that we can reach our full potential and walk the path to full enlightenment. It will take a bit of work along the way and you may need a bit of assistance to empower you to move forward but that is what we are here for, to learn our lessons, to understand the true nature of ourselves, to bring ourselves back into  place of balance and to grow our light until we are ready to go back to source as a being of pure light without any shadow left within us.
It may seem like a tall order but when we start to connect with ourselves, Mother Earth and the Universe we open ourselves up to limitless possibilities for growth. All we need to do is go within for the answers that we seek and then step into the flow of our lives. The universe is an abundant place to be and when we are sleeper cell free and putting out as much positivity as possible then we will draw in positive people and events but it is down to us. Each and everyone of us is able to become pure light at some point but we have to put the work in to achieve this.
A spiritual path can be a lonely path, but it is a rewarding one, and when we truly acknowledge that we are all one and all originate from the same source then we realise that each time we heal a part of ourselves we are healing a part of every other being as well. We are therefore helping to heal Mother Earth and assisting with creating balance once more so that we can all move to a place where we are ready to ascend. Healing is not a quick fix and never will be, but the benefits of it are permanent and will have a bearing on the rest of your current life and your future lives.
