Love Is All

I recently went to a dance show that my 8 year old granddaughter Siena took part in and the theme of it was “Love is all”. For me this was such an important message for all those there and all the children involved and indeed for all of us.

Unconditional love heals all and is the only thing that is real. When we open our hearts and send pure love to anyone and everyone, to any situation, it lifts the vibration and helps us to see what is important. We may not like a person’s behaviour or a situation that we observe, or find ourselves caught up in, but we can still send pure love and help everything to heal.

When we allow ourselves to love unconditionally it helps us to see that everyone is on their own journey and doing the best they can with the knowledge they have, and that as more and more people become aware of the importance of love, of truly loving themselves first, there will be more love in the world.

Love and gratitude together create a very high vibration energy and the more love and gratitude that we send out into the universe the more love and gratitude will come back to us.

There are a lot of energy shifts going on at the moment bringing a many things to the surface in people that need to be cleared. There seem to be a lot of people who have coughs, colds and flu like symptoms as they detox on a physical level. These energy shifts are important as we need to clear what no longer serves us so that we can move forward into a heart led, heart centred way of being. As humans we may have our moments where we are not as loving as we could be, but when we have awareness that we need to be as loving and heart centred as possible we can stop ourselves, take stock, look at why we aren’t being loving and do something to change this.

Christmas to me is a time for being with those we love and having quality time with them. Of course we need to do this throughout the year but there is something special about being with loved ones at Christmas, with twinkling lights and the smell of spices and pine and the sound of laughter.

There are many as well who dont have loved ones to spend Christmas with or who dont feel loved, so as we come up to Christmas it is important to use kind words, to smile and offer assistance. The love and kindness that we send out might not change the world but it will change the world for that person.

The love, peace and happiness that we all wish to experience especially at Christmas time needs to start from within. Remember to be able to truly love others you need to FLY ….first love yourself.

So to me Christmas is a reminder of the importance of love, of truly loving ourselves and others, of being kind and being grateful for all those around us who love us as much as we love them.

Have a wonderful, loving joyful Christmas.
