One of the things I have come to understand is that to manifest that you want quickly you need an open heart and to be working form the heart with love for the highest good of all.

You then need to be very clear about what it is you want to manifest so writing a list is a very good idea. Being specific without being restrictive is important so for example if you want to manifest a new job you may want to include things such as;

I want a boss who appreciates my skills and wants to develop them

I am part of a team that work together and support each other

I am passionate about what I do and this helps people to understand the benefits of the service I offer

I am able to work flexible hours so that I have a good work/life balance.

I am valued and paid what my skills and knowledge are worth.

This way you are telling the universe what is important so that it can bring new opportunities to you without you restricting it by saying what industry you want to work in or what town you want to work in or how much you want to be paid.

What I have recently discovered is that if you write your list on a piece of paper and then put it under a glass of water that you have already filled with love, and leave it there for a while and then drink the water you take the energy of what you want to manifest into your energy system which allows you to manifest a lot more quickly.  Water is a conductor  of energy so it will soak up the energies of the words. Of course intention is vital so it must be done with a pure intention.

It now will be a case of not just be careful what you think but be careful what you write and ingest!!!!
