I have recently been going through the spiritual laws again ready for teaching them in some of my workshops. They have reminded me how powerful our thoughts words and actions really are. I have also been reminded that we create our own reality, and so if there is chaos around you, there is chaos within. The world and people around you are a reflection of what is going on within and so you are essentially projecting your inner beliefs and programmes out into the world around you.
When you can understand that your reality is created from within you and that this comes from all your past experiences whether in this life or any other life, you start to realise how important it is to take responsibility for your thoughts words and actions. When you start to accuse others of being something or feeling in a certain way what you are actually doing is projecting your own stuff onto them.
When you are angry it is because you feel out of control with what has or is happening and yet you create your own world so the person you are most angry with is yourself. Anger is an emotion that can be very constructive as it will give you the strength to deal with something that you might otherwise have shied away from, equally it can be very destructive as when you direct your anger at someone else you are throwing negative energy towards them which will affect their energy system and their way of being and yet when you investigate and go deep within you are actually angry with yourself.
Have you ever felt drained after someone has sent a tirade of abuse to you or have you felt the energy of it hit you in a certain place? This is because the person directing their anger at you wants to feel better and so they send you their negativity and take your energy in order to feel better themselves. They have not yet understood that they need to go deep within and address what has caused them to feel angry in order to clear it and feel better.
When you are angry it can be very easy to draw other people into your drama and hey presto you have support, but the other person only knows your perception of the situation and can then make judgements and take actions which aren’t precedented because the upset actually has nothing to do with them. They are just feeding the negativity and drama which actually makes things worse. This is how things can get blown up out of all proportion. When this happens you create bigger and bigger dramas until you are actually forced to deal with the real issue.
Dealing with issues can be a scary thing to do and having to take a deep look within can be very painful but the only way that you will find the peace and love that you truly want is if you are prepared to do that so that you can clear what is affecting you. It is very apparent to me at the moment from things that have happened in my own life and those around us that the energies of tonights super moon and the eclipse that we are about to have is bringing a lot of issues to the surface.
Sometimes it is better to walk away and clear everything by healing it than get caught in other peoples dramas as if they are in ‘victim’ mode creating a big drama they won’t listen to what you have to say and will only hear what they want to hear.
I have, on occasion over the years, been accused of doing all sorts of things that I haven’t actually done and it has been very painful as I have taken other peoples stuff personally. However, when we are able to detach from the emotion and see the situation for what it is, we realise that when someone is saying ’he is, she is, they are’ they are actually projecting their own qualities ( whether good or bad) onto the other person.
If someone has upset you then its no good saying ‘ he was unprofessional because you are actually saying that you were unprofessional as that person was reflecting that quality back to you and then you were projecting it back onto him. If you have been upset by a lack of professionalism then it is far better to say ‘I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism that was shown in this situation’ , you aren’t accusing anyone of being something, so you aren’t putting anyones back up. You aren’t saying you were unprofessional either, you are just making it known that being professional is important to you.
The use of language is key when we walk a spiritual path, as it can change situations greatly and stop dramas from occurring. When we understand the spiritual laws and how they knit together and affect us we realise that healing ourselves is key to being able to create the life that we truly want. Self -healing is a life long process and needs to be a key part of everyones lives. There are many ways that you can learn to heal yourself and each one is valid, its what works for you that is important. For those of you that are healers don’t be misguided into thinking that you don’t need to heal yourself as you heal others. I have come across many healers like this in my time and it saddens me that they have truly missed the point of healing. How can you possible facilitate the healing of others effectively, if you aren’t prepared to work on yourself?
I have yet again gone through a huge healing process as a result of some things that have happened to me recently. I am grateful for the dramas that happened, even though they weren’t mine as they have highlighted to me old ’stuff’ that I needed to clear from the work area of my life.
I recognise too that we are all at different stages along our paths and this will affect the way we work and the way we react to situations and people. If you find yourself being pulled into a drama, step away from it, detach from the emotion and look at what it is showing you about yourself. Others may not like your silence but it can be a very powerful way of showing that it is not your drama, and that you are not going to be drawn into it. With spring approaching and Easter too, it is a good time to have a good clear out of anything and anyone that no longer serves you in a loving way so that you can move forward on your soul path and create the reality that you truly want.
