I have had some amazing insight from the Angelic Realm into the healing work that I am doing and teaching. I have especially been shown the importance of Cosmic Heart Energy Healing as a system of healing which teaches us about love and always working from a heart centred space and I have been given some guidance about the importance of healing the heart of the Soul. The heart is the doorway to the soul and it is through the heart centre and its connection to the astral plane, i.e. the energies of love, that we are able to connect with our soul and with Source. If there is a blockage here we will become disconnected from the divine love within and the divine love of Source which can have a very negative effect on us.
I have this last weekend been reminded once again that the only thing that is real is Love and that Love heals everything and so re-establishing that link of love with ourselves and with Source is paramount if we are to create a life filled with love and a world filled with love.
When we come from a place of fear we create blocks in our energy system which can affect us on many levels and we create chaos in our outer world which is a reflection of what is happening within us. We only need to look around us at what is going on in our lives to see what is going on inside. When we become judgemental of others we are actually judging ourselves as they reflecting back to us the parts of us that we don’t want to address, which I like to refer to as the Shadow Self. Yet we cannot live in human form without the shadow self as it teaches us about ourself and so helps us to grow. One of our purposes on Earth is to heal the shadow side of ourselves so that our light grows.
To connect with our soul we need to go through the heart centre, our sacred heart, as this is the bridge of love between the physical and spiritual sides of us. When we are able to connect with our soul and feel the love of our soul in this way, we realise that we are truly loved and special. Here we can connect with the wisdom that we have gathered over many lifetimes and as we become more connected more and more information becomes available to us. It is also the place where we can connect with Source, God, Great Spirit or whomever you prefer to call our Creator and the divine love that is sent to us from Source and the universe. When we are abel to connect on this level we start to understand that we are all one and that we all come from the same source of love. When we understand this concept we are then much more able to.
When we work from a place of love all of the time we find ourselves always working for the highest good of all. As we move into a heart centred space we are more able to understand that there is always a bigger picture to every given situation and person which we may not be aware of. When we are in a heart centred space we are able to send love and forgiveness to everything and everyone knowing that we are not condoning anything that happened but just wanting to free ourselves and the other person involved from the negativity that has been created from what has happened. By understanding that others are in a fear based space and doing the best they can with the knowledge that they have makes it a lot easier to forgive and let go of the toxic emotions that we as humans are very good at holding onto.
The emotions are an important feedback mechanism for us and the ones that are considered to be negative emotions that we shouldn’t acknowledge or express are the ones that do us the most damage. Those emotions have been given to us to tell us that we are at ‘dis-ease’ with a person, a place or a situation. We was humans are very good at burying our emotions instead of acknowledging them, feeling them and then letting them go. When buried the ’negative’ emotions will start to block the flow of the life force energy through us and if not addressed this may eventually lead to physical or emotional ‘dis-ease’ whilst the positive emotions such as joy and gratitude help to lift us.
The one thing that will truly help us to heal is love, unconditional love as it knows no bounds and no limitations. This is why it is important for the heart of the Soul to be healed and this is why the Angelic Realm have asked me to teach Cosmic Heart Energy Healing as you will be reconnected to the love of your soul and the love of the universe opening you up to so many possibilities for growth on many different levels.
I for one am very grateful to the Angels, Source and the Universe for being given this information to be able to teach those who are ready to hear the importance of love, pure unconditional love, for when we find love, we find peace and as each one of us finds the peace within we project both peace and love outwards causing a ripple effect of healing on many levels. As people start to realise that for there to be peace on earth we must each first find the peace within then we will start to move towards peace occurring on Earth. Love is indeed the only thing that is real and everything that goes on around us are just illusions designed to bring us back to a place of love.
