Episode 43 – Curiosity

Episode 43: Podcast Summary

In this episode, Sarah and Jez explore how we need to be curious but we need to use curiosity in a constructive way to help us on our journey of self-discovery. They discuss how it is important to be curious and question things without going down an analytical pathway, as that pushes us out of our hearts and into our heads. They remind us how questioning things helps us to learn, especially if we find ourselves in victim or persecutor mode as it can help us to discover why we are feeling the way we are so that we can address the issues.
