In this podcast, Sarah and Jez look at being in your heart versus your head from a slightly different angle and look at whether we ever need to apply logic and reason and if so what kind of effect that may have on our experiences and the way that we move forward. Using the analogy of playing snakes and ladders they help us to see how when we are in our hearts we are in flow and when we use logic and reason and move into our heads we may talk ourselves out of what is right for us and then stack up the challenges!
